After 39 years at the helm, Roland Mair is retiring from the company. As its founder, he built it with foresight, shaped it with his vision, and consistently provided innovative impetus. He was both an inspiration and a guide, and always treated his employees with humanity and respect. For all of this, we extend our heartfelt thanks to him.
Gerald Suckel will be the new Managing Director. He has been with the company for over 20 years and is a microtechnologist from its very beginning. As long-time Head of Production, he has significantly shaped the company with his profound technical knowledge and forward-thinking approach. Influenced by the Mair spirit and great energy, he will lead the company with dedication and a focus on the future.
