Microtechnology

We have been successfully training microtechnologists for over 20 years. We see training not only as a social obligation of a company. On the one hand, we give young people the opportunity to acquire specialist skills and develop personally, and on the other hand, we train our own specialists for our company by actively training and promoting young talent.

The microtechnologies of assembly and connection technology not only include process technologies such as the various soldering processes. Detailed knowledge of the materials used, such as solder alloys, adhesives and flux systems, is also taught. With their knowledge of PCB production or semiconductor technology, microtechnologists use materialographic microsections and X-ray analyses for quality assurance. For example, they can make statements about the reliability of solder joints or components. Microtechnology specialists thus form interfaces to developers, production personnel or suppliers. They can already be brought on board during new developments in order to select the right processes and materials for increasingly complex assemblies.

Due to the close proximity to the process and the ability to see the big picture, microtechnologists are not only employed at the pulse of production, but also in quality assurance, work preparation, technical purchasing or in sensitive rework.
